DANIEL S. STRICK is a partner with extensive experience in defending professionals against malpractice claims (including, but not limited to lawyers, insurance producers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents); commercial litigation; contract cases; products liability; copyright infringement; insurance coverage; admiralty law and claims against debt collectors.  Mr. Strick litigates complex cases at the trial and appellate levels.  He recently moved for summary judgment in a legal malpractice case.  Mr. Strick won a summary judgment motion defending a claim against an attorney for wrongful use of civil proceedings.  He obtained a defense verdict in a week long jury trial in a toxic tort case.  Mr. Strick obtained judgment as a matter of law in a First Amendment rights case involving a local public access channel.  Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Strick worked as an associate in the Philadelphia office of Margolis Edelstein.  He also clerked for the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder and the Honorable Marie White Bell in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.
