ELEANOR C. GOOD is a partner with LUCAS AND CAVALIER, LLC.  Her areas of practice include property, casualty, and general liability defense; commercial litigation; and coverage matters.  She is experienced in defending individual and corporate insured clients in liability claims as well as in evaluating coverage for specialty and general lines of insurance on behalf of insurers.  She handles all areas of case management and phases of litigation from drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, motion practice, witness preparation for deposition and trial testimony, retaining and working with expert witnesses, and participating in trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.  Ms. Good serves on the First Judicial District Liaison Committee on behalf of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Good worked for several years as an in-house trial attorney with a large insurance carrier, where she practiced insurance defense in property, casualty, and general liability; insurance coverage; and commercial litigation matters. She also led a litigation and enforcement program against Philadelphia tow companies and worked in related consumer protection issues. 

Outside of the office, Ms. Good is an avid golfer, and also volunteers her time supporting regional and community organizations. She and her family enjoy spending time together being active outside.
