KEVIN F. FARRINGTON is a Partner with LUCAS AND CAVALIER, LLC. His areas of practice include casualty defense, professional liability defense, and commercial litigation. He regularly defends individual and corporate clients in complex casualty litigation and commercial disputes. He handles all areas of case management and phases of litigation from drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, motion practice, witness preparation for deposition and trial testimony, retaining and working with expert witnesses, and participating in trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Farrington worked for several years as a litigation associate in a large regional law firm where he practiced professional liability defense, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation. He also defended automotive industry entities against consumer fraud claims and advised on regulatory business and contract matters.

Outside of the office, Mr. Farrington enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the outdoors fishing, running, and hiking. He and his family enjoy rooting for Penn State football and all Philadelphia sports teams.
