JUSTIN W. SAFADY

focuses on construction,
property, and general
liability defense.
Using his years of
significant experience in
state and federal trials,
mediations, negotiations,
and domestic and
international arbitrations,
Justin works to provide
practical, solution-based
results to clients across a
broad range of industries.
He routinely handles
matters from inception
through resolution, aiming
to provide clients with
rational clarity throughout
the legal process.
Justin is a
proactive and strategic
attorney, using his years of
jury trial experience on
both the plaintiff and
defense sides to guide
matters for clients, with
the goal of providing
measured and practical
counsel in high-stakes
defense matters. He earned
his J.D. from The University
of Texas School of Law in
Austin, Texas in 2015 and
has a B.S. in Accounting and
Business Administration from
Colorado State University in
Fort Collins, Colorado.
Prior to joining the firm,
Justin gained valuable jury
and bench trial,
arbitration, and mediation
experience as an associate
attorney at well-respected
trial boutique firms,
representing companies and
high net-worth individuals
in bankruptcy, business,
commercial, construction,
and product liability
disputes. During that time,
Thompson Reuters’ Super
Lawyers named him a
Rising Star from 2021-2025,
and he served as an
organizing member of the
Construction Law Section of
the Texas State Bar. He has
presented at conferences on
behalf of the DRI Product
Liability group and written
articles for the Texas
Construction Law Journal and
For The Defense magazine.
