BREANA M. ROSENBAUM
is an Associate Attorney

LLC, where she focuses on
nursing home, property, and
general liability defense.
Breana works with clients
across a variety of
industries, offering
comprehensive legal services
that include reviewing and
managing legal risks, and
developing litigation
strategies. She handles all
aspects of case management
and litigation phases,
providing clients with
tailored, results-driven
solutions. Breana is
dedicated to protecting her
clients’ interests through a
proactive and strategic
approach, particularly in
high-stakes matters where
effective defense is
paramount.
Before joining Lucas and
Cavalier, Breana gained
valuable experience at
Rosetree Solutions, where
she managed a broad range of
legal issues, including
professional services
contracts, employment
agreements, and litigation
matters. Earlier in her
career, Breana worked at
Powers Taylor, LLP in
Dallas, Texas, handling
diverse litigation, with a
particular focus on nursing
home medical malpractice
litigation. She gained
extensive experience
navigating complex legal
disputes, providing
leadership within her team,
and advocating for clients
facing significant legal
challenges.
Breana earned her Juris
Doctorate from Baylor
University School of Law in
2016, where she was actively
involved in the Baylor
Barristers Society, the
Military Law Society, and
the Women’s Legal Society.
She also served as a Brief
Writer for the National Moot
Court Competition and
competed as an oral advocate
and brief writer in the
Federal Bar Association Moot
Court Competition in
Washington, D.C. Breana was
also recognized as a Top 5
Best Speaker in the Dawson &
Sodd Moot Court Competition.
She graduated cum laude from
West Virginia University
with a Bachelor of Science
in Broadcast Journalism and
minors in Theater and
Political Science.
Breana is currently admitted
to practice law in
Pennsylvania, New Jersey,
and Texas.
Outside of the office,
Breana enjoys spending time
outside particularly at the
beach on Long Beach Island,
NJ, with her husband, their
two young boys, and three
dogs.
